تحترم أريب خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها، وفقاً للائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي (GDPR).

1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات نموذج التواصل: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم الشركة (اختياري)، الخدمة المطلوبة، وتفاصيل رسالتك.
- مراسلات واتساب: إذا تواصلت معنا عبر واتساب، نطّلع على رسائلك ورقم هاتفك.
- بيانات تقنية: قد يسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة وشبكة التوصيل بيانات مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح لأغراض الأمان والتشغيل.
- تفضيلاتك: نحفظ اختيارك للغة والمظهر محلياً في متصفحك (Local Storage) لتحسين تجربتك فقط.
2. لماذا نستخدم بياناتك وأساسها القانوني
- للردّ على استفساراتك وإعداد عروض الأسعار — على أساس المصلحة المشروعة والخطوات السابقة للتعاقد.
- لتقديم الخدمات المتفق عليها — على أساس تنفيذ العقد.
- للامتثال لالتزاماتنا القانونية والمحاسبية — على أساس الالتزام القانوني.
3. الأطراف الثالثة (معالجو البيانات)
نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل الموقع، وهم يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط:
- Formspree — لتوصيل رسائل نموذج التواصل إلى بريدنا.
- Stripe — لمعالجة المدفوعات بأمان (لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك كاملة).
- مزوّد الاستضافة/شبكة التوصيل — لاستضافة الموقع وتأمينه.
4. النقل الدولي للبيانات
قد يقع بعض مزوّدي الخدمات خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي. في هذه الحالة نعتمد على ضمانات مناسبة (مثل البنود التعاقدية القياسية) لحماية بياناتك.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما لزم ذلك للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله، أو وفق ما تقتضيه الالتزامات القانونية، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة المصدر.
6. حقوقك
وفقاً للائحة GDPR، يحقّ لك: الوصول إلى بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وتقييد معالجتها، والاعتراض عليها، ونقلها، وسحب موافقتك. لممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على info@arib-ai.com. كما يحقّ لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة الهولندية لحماية البيانات (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي
لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع إعلانية. نكتفي بالتخزين المحلي (Local Storage) لحفظ تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر على جهازك.
8. الأمان
نتّخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الفقد أو الإفصاح غير المصرّح به.
9. الأطفال
خدماتنا موجّهة للأعمال والبالغين، وليست مخصّصة لمن هم دون السادسة عشرة.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويسري التحديث فور نشره على هذه الصفحة.

Privacy Policy
Arib respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller: Arib — a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.

1. Data We Collect
- Contact form data: name, email, company name (optional), service requested, and your message details.
- WhatsApp messages: if you contact us via WhatsApp, we see your messages and phone number.
- Technical data: our hosting provider and CDN may log data such as IP address and browser type for security and operations.
- Your preferences: we store your language and theme choice locally in your browser (Local Storage) purely to improve your experience.
2. Why We Use Your Data & Legal Basis
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes — based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps.
- To deliver the agreed services — based on performance of a contract.
- To comply with our legal and accounting obligations — based on legal obligation.
3. Third Parties (Data Processors)
We use trusted service providers to operate the site; they process data only on our behalf:
- Formspree — to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Stripe — to process payments securely (we do not see your full card details).
- Hosting provider / CDN — to host and secure the website.
4. International Data Transfers
Some providers may be located outside the EU. Where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
5. Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@arib-ai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only use Local Storage to remember your language and theme preferences on your device.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
9. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults and are not directed at anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy; updates take effect once published on this page.
